Headquarters of the Corporate Group
The corporate headquarters of the PSZ Group has been located in Vohenstrauß, near the Czech border, since 2008 and currently employs around 110 staff members. Covering a total area of 11,900 m², the site houses the administrative offices, which were expanded in 2023 with a newly constructed office building featuring eight modern meeting rooms and an in-house fitness studio. In addition to the 7,000 m² logistics center, our air-conditioned injection molding center is equipped with state-of-the-art injection molding machines and technical equipment, a laser marking system, and a highly efficient 3D printer. Since 2013, we have also been manufacturing our own tools and fixtures for our production facilities at home and abroad in Vohenstrauß, using milling, EDM, and grinding machines.

Czech Republic
The First Production Site
At our site in Vysocany, Czech Republic, operating under the name PSZ Czech Republic s.r.o., we manufacture cable assemblies, overmolded components, polymer optical fiber (POF) technology, assemblies, as well as systems and control cabinets for small production runs. The facility covers a total area of 4,420 m² and employs around 80 staff members. The two-story assembly hall, fully equipped for ESD protection, was completed in 2015 and is located about 30 km from Vohenstrauß. The focus here is on development and prototyping. In addition, we test prototypes and new product innovations at this location.

Tunisia
With production facilities in Ksar Hellal, Bouhjar, and the most recent site in Ghezala, the PSZ Group currently operates a total area of 33,235 m² in Tunisia. Since 2008, assemblies and overmolded components for medium and large-scale production have been manufactured in Tunisia. With the launch of production at the new Ghezala Bizerte site in 2023, there is potential to expand the manufacturing area in Tunisia to a future-oriented total of up to 46,735 m². Currently, around 2,100 employees are part of our team in Tunisia.

Albania
With the establishment of PSZ Albania sh.p.k. in April 2013, the PSZ Group expanded its international footprint. Today, the site employs around 300 staff members and has been operating from a modern, spacious facility since the end of 2016.
The Albanian location focuses primarily on customers in the heating, air conditioning, and medical technology sectors. The total production area covers 5,580 m².
